I've recently had a number of friends start blogging. I'm talking in a matter of 2 weeks, at least a dozen people I know have decided to put their literary skills to good use and vocalize their thoughts. Not a bad idea, really.
I've been feeling somewhat nostalgic over the past month or so, probably due to the loss of my Nana, the matriarch of our fairly close knit family. I thought what better time and what better way to dust off my keyboard and start capturing memories than by starting a blog. (We'll see about this....)
For those of you who are bored enough to be reading this, I only ask that you bare with me through these first sentences as I recharge my thinking cap. I'm a humble person at best but I will say that I've been known to write a good story or two. Or at least entertain with my view of certain accounts - which is almost always with a little sarcastic and slightly dark humor.
Tune in the same bat time, same bat channel next week. Or maybe tomorrow. Depends on how much work I feel like avoiding.
